On Thursday, 14 May, Vlora REPper Hub and “Internacional” school jointly organized an educational activity for students focused on repair, recycling, and the circular economy. The event aimed to inspire creativity and environmental awareness among young people by engaging them directly in sustainable practices.
Students presented their projects, demonstrating creativity, teamwork, and a strong sense of environmental responsibility. During the activity, children participated in hands-on garment repair sessions and observed a professional restorer at work.
Fashion Show and Message for the Future
The event concluded with a special fashion show featuring recycled garments, where the youngest participants showcased their imagination and shared messages about a more sustainable future. The students’ presentations and upcycled outfits illustrated how repair and reuse can become part of everyday life, helping to reduce waste and promote responsible consumption.
Through practical experiences and educational materials, students gain knowledge and skills that empower them to become active contributors to solving environmental challenges.
