Repper Hub in Albania : Empowering Young Innovators Through Training

06/05/2026

In May 2026, as part of the Repper Hub activities in Albania, students from the Electronic Course at Industrial School “Pavarësia”participated in a focused training program on business model development grounded in circular economy principles. The initiative aimed to equip young talents with practical tools to design sustainable ventures and to think strategically about bringing innovations to market.

The session combined interactive discussions with real-world examples to guide participants through the process of creating value while minimizing environmental impact. Students explored circular design approaches, revenue and cost structures compatible with repair and reuse, and customer value propositions tailored to sustainable products and services. Practical modules introduced go-to-market strategies, covering product validation, positioning, and steps to transform ideas into tangible offerings.

Outcomes and Impact

Participants left the training with a clearer understanding of how circular economy principles can be embedded in business models and with actionable insights on launching products. The program strengthened students’ capacity to develop smarter, greener businesses and fostered entrepreneurial thinking that prioritizes resource efficiency and long-term value creation.

Next Steps

Repper Hub will continue to collaborate with educational institutions to scale similar trainings, support pilot projects from participating students, and connect emerging teams with mentors and local stakeholders to accelerate market entry.
