In November 2025, the REPper Hub in Spain hosted a series of engaging webinars titled “Tu derecho a reparar – Your Right to Repair“, open to consumers, citizens, and the general public.
Across three sessions, the webinars attracted 631 participants, highlighting strong public interest in repair, consumer rights, and the circular economy.
A recording and related materials from the webinars are available online.
What We Covered
The webinars combined policy insights, practical guidance, and interactive engagement, covering topics such as:
- Overview of the Circular Economy: EU policies, regulations, and tools
- The Right to Repair in the European context
- Green jobs linked to repair activities
- Warranties and consumer protection
- Conscious consumption, with a focus on the Spanish REPper Hub “Repara Revive”
What We Achieved
The webinars successfully raised awareness about repair and reuse. Feedback collected through pre- and post-training surveys showed that participants found the sessions highly practical and valuable, helping them better understand their consumer rights and how to extend the life of everyday products.
Participants emphasized the relevance of the content to daily decision-making, confirming that repair is a key tool for waste reduction, sustainable consumption, and a circular Economy.
“The most interesting part of this training was learning about the European directives on the circular economy that already exist (and the upcoming ones), and our rights as consumers.” shared a participant to webinar.
